Proper Installation of Concealment Screens
To maintain a consistent and attractive appearance throughout our Florida community, concealment screens are required for all exterior mechanical and utility equipment. Please ensure the following items are not visible from the street: air conditioning units, pool and water equipment, water softeners, trash containers, and any other exterior mechanical devices.
Approved Look and Installation
All screens must be white vinyl lattice panels with a clean, grid-style pattern that allows for proper ventilation. To be effective and compliant, screens must:
- Be installed in an “L” shape to fully block visibility from the street.
- Be secured firmly into the ground.
- Be durable enough to withstand Florida weather, including strong winds and hurricanes.
Loose, temporary, or improperly installed screens are not compliant and may become safety hazards.
Respect is Key
In recent days, our office staff has experienced some instances of being verbally attacked by residents. This behavior is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated or ignored.
Our team works hard every day to keep our community running smoothly, enforce rules fairly, and assist residents to the best of their ability. Disagreements may arise, but respect is key and indispensable.
Any resident who engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward staff members may face fines, loss of privileges, or other enforcement actions. If you have a concern, we ask that you address it calmly and respectfully.
Friendly Reminder: No Garbage Cans on the Street
Please remember there is a proper way to set out your garbage and recyclables on collection day.
Do NOT place garbage cans on the street. Cans left on the roadway can become a serious traffic hazard, blocking emergency vehicles, mail carriers, and everyday traffic. They may also be struck by passing cars, creating litter and damage.
DO place garbage cans on the sidewalk, at the end of your driveway. This keeps them off the road while still providing easy access for collection crews.
Parking Reminder: Management Office Parking Spaces
The management office building has a limited number of parking spaces available. These spaces are exclusively reserved for residents who are:
- Tending to business at the management office, OR
- Using amenities located within the building, such as the gym and the pool.
Do not park in these spaces to drop off your child at school in the morning or to pick them up in the afternoon. Please be courteous to fellow residents who need legitimate access to these facilities.
